Testosterone enanthate is classified as an AAS as it’s equally a synthetic derivative of testosterone and also a testosterone pro-drug. Meaning that it stimulates the body to make testosterone by itself. With that said, it’s stronger androgenic effects and just moderate anabolic effects.
The dose may vary by person but is generally prescribed as follows:
*Male hypogonadism: 50 to 400 milligrams (mg) every two to four weeks
*Delayed male infertility: 5 to 200 milligrams every two to four months to four to six weeks
*Metastatic breast cancer: 200 to 400 mg every two to four months
*Transgender hormone treatment: 50 to 200 milligrams Each Week or 100 to 200 mg every 2 weeks
The benefits of testosterone enanthate are similar to those of other anabolic steroids. Fundamentally, it increases the production of muscle mass (and thus body weight/mass) by increasing the production of proteins (protein synthesis) and blocking the effects of cortisol (a stress hormone) in catabolizing muscle. This allows for quicker muscle growth from strength training and also improved recovery time after working out. It can increase bone mass as well as the production of red blood cells (in bone marrow). It can increase libido and enhance physical strength.
