Methandienone Oral
Steroid is commonly known as Dianabol, which is the old trade name of
Ciba for 5 mg of methandrostenolone tablets. It is essentially a
17-alkylated testosterone derivative having a carbon-carbon double bond.
It is weak on androgen receptors and therefore belongs to steroids
called II. type. It compensates, however, for a longer half-life and
poor affinity for SHBG. Today, in the vast majority of cases, it is
produced in oral (tablet) versions; injections are almost unused because
Dianabol is still 17-alkylated in them.
Anabolic effects of Methandienone:
Methandienone's
popularity stems from his almost immediate and very powerful anabolic
effect. It is by far the most popular steroid used by athletes and many
of them considered the best steroid ever made. It was not in vain called
"Champion Breakfast". For high water retention it is obviously not a
steroid suitable for scoring. However, it is excellent for gaining
